We're so thrilled to be featuring Aaron Brittingham from Montana Ale Works on Wednesday, January 25th.
Aaron will be cooking up a Mexican inspired feast including authentic hand rolled enchiladas with a slow-roasted chicken filling served alongside a corn and fire-roasted poblano chili pepper side, refried beans, Mexican rice, a vegetarian-friendly green chili and tomatillo soup, and mango with chile lime gastrique for dessert.
