What’s New!
As the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce embarked upon 2021, our new board of directors assessed the direction and financial obligations of the Chamber. Last year, the Chamber experienced financial challenges, as many of our local businesses have. As a result, we are in the process of revitalizing the Chamber to better serve our businesses and community.
The new board determined the financial cost, labor and resources needed to facilitate the Annual Potato Festival exceeded the Chamber's current capabilities; in light of this, we have devised a simpler, more cost effective solution.
The Chamber will host the Manhattan Classic Car Show & Farm Fun, with live music, food vendors and activities that celebrate our agricultural roots. The Manhattan Classic Car Show & Farm Fun is scheduled for Saturday, August 14th from 9:00am to 3:00pm, located at the Manhattan School.
