World-renowned guitarists MARTIN TAYLOR & BRUCE FORMAN take to The Ellen stage Friday, May 13 at 7:30 PM. Grammy nominated musician Dr. Martin Taylor is a virtuoso guitarist, composer, and musical innovator. Widely considered to be the world’s foremost exponent of solo jazz and fingerstyle guitar playing, Taylor has collaborated with countless artists such as Jeff Beck, Tommy Emmanuel,
Chet Atkins, Stephane Grappelli, George Harrison, Gary Burton, and more.
Considered by Jazz Times as “one of the great lights of our age”, Bruce Forman is a seasoned jazz player admired for his soulful, lyrical melodies, and inventive harmonies. Forman’s music has be featured on three of Clint Eastwood’s films – most notably Academy Award-winning Million Dollar Baby.
