There’s a lot of information out there about what you should and shouldn’t eat. Join Jenna, a registered dietitian nutritionist, for a quick morning get-together to discuss the facts about carbs, proteins, and fats. Get your nutrition questions answered, meet other like-minded locals, and try some healthy snacks at Sola Café.
Classes will be held on the first three Saturdays in November at 10:30am at Sola Café. Classes are free to attend. They will be casual, informational, and last about 45 minutes.
