Raison D’Etre Dance Project will present a fundraiser performance and project pitch at Reynolds Recital Hall on October 22nd at 3:00 pm. The contemporary ballet company, composed of professional dancers from all over the country, will preview excerpts from "Perfection of the Symphonies" and "Ranges in Motion," projects being developed for the company's 2018 premier season. "Ranges in Motion" features choreography to "The Ascensionist", the latest album from instrumental post-rock band RANGES. “Perfection of the Symphonies” is a collaboration with a Baroque chamber ensemble, and consists of several works by Baroque composer Antonio Vivaldi. The artistic directors will discuss RDE’s mission and future endeavors. Guests can enjoy teatime hors d’hoeuvres and refreshments. Admission is free, and donations will be accepted at the door or at www.raisondetredance.org.
