Get YOUR Business Involved in the 2018 Downtown Bozeman Art Walks 

This Year’s Event Participation Fee for the Art Walks is $300/business for ALL FIVE 2018 Art Walks! With this participation fee you will receive the following:

  • Consistent traffic into your business during the five 2018 event dates; June 8th, July 13th, August 10th, September 14th & December 14th
  • Your Business Name on the Event Poster with Map Location. This will be distributed to all participating businesses and hung everywhere around town throughout the Art Walk season. 
  • Your Business Name on the Event Postcard with Map Location. 10,000 are printed each year and given to all participating businesses to keep on-hand throughout the Art Walk season and distributed to businesses around the community.
  • Your Business Name and Location on the Electronic and Printable Event Map. This is featured on the event calendar and social media outlets and shared with all participating businesses
  • ALL Event Marketing Materials will also be shared electronically with all participating businesses so that YOU have the tools to help market it for YOUR business through social media, email marketing, website information and more!
  • Your Business will be tagged or we will share your Facebook page or Art Walk activities at least once through the Art Walk season.  
  • Your Business Name, Address, and Featured Artist will be included in the Monthly Press Release sent to 40+ media contacts. A reminder email will be sent each month to remind you to get me your information by the press deadline.
  • Television Marketing on KBZK, commercials running through the Art Walk season.
  • Radio Marketing on all Townsquare Radio Stations each month with event sponsorship and consistent on-air reads on 95.1 The Moose and Xl Country
  • Print Advertising in many local and regional publications including; The Bozeman Daily Chronicle, Outside Bozeman, Montana Parent Magazine, MT Cultural Treasures and more.
  • Monthly PSA's sent to all local radio and television stations.
  • Monthly Live Interviews on 95.1 “The Moose” to help promote the event.
  • Live Music performed by young musicians located in 3-4 downtown locations throughout the summer. This has been a great hit during the Art Walks which attracts more people downtown and sets the cultural atmosphere. Thanks to our event sponsors for helping make this happen!

Please fill out the following information NO LATER than Monday, May 14 to confirm your participation in this year's Art Walks. We will send you a $300 invoice through email.
