Art Walk 2022: Business Registration

Get YOUR Business Involved in the 2022 Downtown Bozeman Art Walks

This year’s event participation fee is $300/business for the Art Walk 2022 season! With this participation fee you will receive the following:

• Walk-in traffic into your business during the 2022 event dates; 2^nd Fridays, June-September, 6pm-8pm:
  • June 10, 6-8pm
  • July 8, 6-8pm
  • August 12, 6-8pm
  • September 9, 6-8pm
  • AND Friday, December 9, more details to come
• Your business name, location, logo, featured artist and additional information on the robust event website. This is featured on the Downtown Bozeman home page, event calendar and social media outlets. Each participating business will have their own website landing page featuring the information previously mentioned. There will be the option to update this page and information each month of the Art Walk Series.
• Branded window signage and other printed materials including large QR code leading customer to website, explained above. This will be distributed to all participating businesses and hung around Bozeman throughout the Art Walk season.
• ALL event marketing materials and graphics will be shared electronically with all participating businesses so that YOU have the tools to help market it for YOUR business through social media, email marketing, website information and more!
• Your business will be tagged and/or shared at least once through the Art Walk season on our social media platforms.
• Your business name, location, and featured artist will be included in the monthly press release sent to our extensive list of media contacts. A reminder email will be sent each month to remind you to get me your information by the press deadline.
• Promotion through digital and traditional media avenues including but not limited to social media, email blasts and exposure on sponsoring media outlets.
• Your customers will enjoy live music performed by young musicians located in several downtown locations throughout the summer. This has been a great hit during the Art Walks which attracts people downtown and sets the cultural atmosphere. Thanks to our event sponsors for helping make this happen!

Please fill out the following information NO LATER than Friday, May 13 to confirm your participation in this year's Art Walks. You can pay online with a card HERE or we will send you an invoice for the $300 participation fee.
