Unveiling New Exhibits

Art Walk at the Emerson begins at 5pm! We will be unveiling three new exhibits in our galleries. Our upstairs Weaver Room Gallery will be showcasing a group show titled NapTime that focuses on fabric and sewn mediums by Jane Herzog, Carly Schoen, Tuk Vaughankraska, and Angela Yonke. Our Lobby Gallery will be lit up by the bright color palette of Madison Perrins' There Is A Season, and in our Jessie Wilber Gallery will be an homage to MSU's 50th anniversary of the metalsmithing program with various pieces by current and past faculty and alumni.

There will also be open studios around the building including Kelsey Dzintars in West Wing #5, Kaetlyn Able in West Wing #265 (scratchboard drawing and prints for sale), and Ivy Taylor’s Wild Smithy (jewelry) upstairs in #230, as well as shops open in Galleria Hall.
