View Business's WebsiteCaroline Price has enjoyed painting and drawing all her life. She and her husband, Will, live in Bozeman, MT. They have 2 sons, Jack and Luke, and the whole family enjoys fly fishing. The beautiful colors and patterns found in nature are her favorite subjects. She is known for painting watercolor fly fishing flies and trout, wildflowers, and fall leaves and sells them as notecards and framed prints. Caroline paints the fish from photographs taken in the few seconds before the fish is released back in the river. Every fish is unique, depending on their habitat and diet. The drips of color in her trout watercolor prints reflect the watery world of the trout and highlight their bright colors. Birds are next on her list, stay tuned! Her primary mediums are watercolor, pastel, and pencil. In the past Caroline has taught preschool and Spanish language to the elementary grades in the World Language Initiative in Bozeman, and now she volunteers with Bienvenidos a Gallatin Valley helping Latino immigrants navigate life here in the U.S. Her website is www.carolinepriceart.com. Check out her notecards and art for sale at Heyday, Cello, the Sage Lodge in Paradise Valley, Thistle Creek in Big Timber, and the Madison River Fishing Company in Ennis, MT.
