LA-based outerwear and adventure brand AETHER Apparel will be touching down in Bozeman next week to launch an exciting shopping experience.
From August 23-28, the AETHERstream—a 34-foot Airstream PanAmerica that has been transformed into the ultimate store on wheels—will set up shop outside of the Misco Mill Gallery from 11am-7pm for the week, offering guests a curated selection of the brand's clothing for men and women.
Here's some background on the project and brand:
AETHER Apparel is the complete lifestyle collection for urban-dwelling, design-focused, well-traveled women and men. The brand offers jackets, sweaters, layers, ski and moto collections, and more that are perfect for travel, braving the elements, and staying warm and cozy. The brand champions a classic, sophisticated design that looks good in the city or wherever adventure takes you. And because AETHER knows that the last thing you want to worry about is whether your jacket will keep up with you, the brand’s products are backed by a lifetime manufacturing guarantee.
AETHER launched the AETHERstream nearly a decade ago—before its more traditional brick-and-mortar stores in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and Aspen—by teaming up with Paris-based designer Thierry Gaugain to convert the massive trailer into the on-the-go concept shop it is today. The floor is constructed from reclaimed oak, and custom Environment Furniture pieces create a comfortable lounge area. Other furniture was found at the Paris Flea Market, and a suspended wood-burning stove completes the cozy aesthetic.
