Community Health Partners (CHP) and Family Promise of Gallatin Valley are thrilled to announce the opening of their new respective Bozeman locations this month. The new facilities are located at 1695 and 1603 Tschache Lane in Bozeman, behind Lowe’s on north 19th Avenue.
The new CHP building will replace the current downtown Bozeman medical clinic at 214 East Mendenhall Street and the Bozeman dental clinic at 120 N 19th Avenue, Suite H.
Family Promise’s new facility includes Rising Stars Early Learning Center, providing high quality STEM education to children 4 weeks to 5 years of age. In addition, the facility is Bozeman's only year-around Day Center for families experiencing homelessness. Services include the ability to cook and store food, laundry facilities, showers, computers for resource searches and job opportunities, case managers, transitional housing searches, two quiet rooms, and a play area for children.
This new resource hub will strengthen critical and life-changing existing services and allows these organizations to expand to serve more individuals and families in the community.
