Notorious BOZ is a long-form improv show that celebrates the city of Bozeman, its history and its incredible citizens.
Every show will feature a guest "Armando" or monologist who will share stories from their life. The cast will then use those stories as inspiration to create characters and scenes and bring it all together in a completely hilarious and improvised show!
This week's Armando is Francesca Pine-Rodriguez. Francesca has lived in the Bozeman area all her life and her lived experience growing up on the Northern Cheyenne and Crow reservations brings unique perspectives and fun story-telling. She has worked for national Indigenous leadership programs and Tribal Colleges and is currently the Executive Director for Mountain Time Arts which produces bold and engaging public art projects that explore the history, culture and environment of the Rocky Mountain West. They most recently brought the Lighted Teepees to Peets Hill and multiple projects to Yellowstone National Park as part of their 150th Anniversary. They are excited to bring even more projects to YNP this summer along with the unveiling of their newest artwork at City Hall on Earth Day as part of a project encouraging people to #SeeBozemanCreek. When she's not driving change through thought-provoking art, you can find Francesca spending time with her family including her husband and two daughters.
Tickets are $20 with a portion of ticket sales going directly to MTA!
