With support from American Prairie Reserve, MontanaPBS, and The Nature Conservancy, BZN will kick off its regional festival tour, the BZN Film Rodeo, with Ted Turner Award-Winning film N. Scott Momaday: Words from a Bear, including reception and post-screening conversation.

Journey into the mind and soul of Native America’s most celebrated author of poetry and prose, Pulitzer Prize author Navarro Scott Momaday. Words from a Bear visually captures the essence of Momaday’s writings and storytelling, relating each written line to his unique Kiowa/American experience representing ancestry, place and oral history.
