Thank you for filling out the Cruisin' on Main Car Show 2025 Food Vendor Application.

As a reminder, the “Cruisin’ on Main” Car Show will take place on Sunday, August 17th, 2025 from 9 AM - 2 PM.


You will receive an email notification where you can review your submitted information shortly.

Completing this registration does NOT ensure you a vending position at Cruisin' on Main. Vendor space is limited; we will review applications and be in touch with details in August. Should you have any questions in the meantime, please email info@downtownbozeman.org or give our office a ring at 406-586-4008.

As of January 1, 2024, all mobile Food Vendors must complete an annual Food Truck Safety Inspection by the Bozeman Fire Department. Proof of this inspection is required in order to vend at Cruisin' on Main. More information can be found under the "Mobile Food Vending" tab on the city's website.

Once confirmed, you must submit a copy of Liability Insurance with the Downtown Bozeman Association and the City of Bozeman listed as additionally insured. Please send the copy of liability insurance to cache@downtownbozeman.org or mail to 222 East Main Street, Suite 302, Bozeman, MT 59715.

Once confirmed, you must pay your vending fee of $100. Please click here to pay (reference "Car Show Food Vendor") or pay via check. Checks can be made payable to DBA (Downtown Bozeman Association) and dropped off or mailed to 222 East Main Street, Suite 302, Bozeman, MT 59715.
