As a reminder, the “Cruisin’ on Main” Car Show will take place on Sunday, August 17th, 2025 from 9 AM - 2 PM.

Completing this registration does NOT ensure you a vending position at "Cruisin' on Main" Car Show. Vendor space is limited; we will review applications and be in touch with details in August. As of January 1, 2024, all mobile Food Vendors must complete an annual Food Truck Safety Inspection by the Bozeman Fire Department. Proof of this inspection is required in order to vend at Cruisin' on Main. More information can be found under the "Mobile Food Vending" tab on the city's website.
Once confirmed, you must submit a copy of Liability Insurance with the Downtown Bozeman Association and the City of Bozeman listed as additionally insured. Please send the copy of liability insurance to cache@downtownbozeman.org or mail to 222 East Main Street, Suite 302, Bozeman, MT 59715.
Once confirmed, we will be emailing out invoices for the vending participation fee. We recommend you pay via invoice to avoid any additional fees. You may also choose to pay by check; please mail your check to Downtown Bozeman Association, 222 East Main, Ste. 302, Bozeman, MT 59715. If the name on the check does not match the registered business name, please indicate in the memo on the check.
