Susan Bryan

Susan Bryan of Billings, MT, will be Altitude Gallery's featured artist in September. Susan will paint live during the Art Walk on September 11th, so stop by to watch her work come to life.

Susan paints in oils on canvas, using palette knives to build layer upon layer of color, texture, and light. Her depictions of local scenery put you right there — you can almost feel the nature around you.

In her own words, "I believe fine art should be the focus of a room, not an accessory. Whether it is bold in color or soft and reflective, it should be a conversation waiting to happen. If the color draws you in and the texture makes you want to touch, I have done what I have set out to do as an artist."
