The Hilton Garden Inn Bozeman is 100% locally owned offering a total of 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space. Our banquet menus have been specifically designed by our Executive Chef, Matthew Edgerley, born in Bozeman and raised in Helena. Chef Matthew offers over 20 years of culinary experience providing high-end catering options and delightful banquet facilities for a variety of events to satisfy a wide variety of individual tastes as well as budgets. Serving styles include carving stations, buffet style banquets or served banquets. You may choose a menu that suits your needs, work with our Executive Chef to modify an existing menu or develop a custom menu of your own. We are also happy to customize dishes for a variety of special dietary needs, including vegetarian or vegan, food allergies (gluten free/celiac) and sensitivities or children. Please talk to us about your individual needs. Please join us for a catered event in our Larkspur Ballroom, or dine in our Garden Grille Restaurant to experience Executive Chef Matthew Edgerley’s Dinner Menu. The Garden Grille Restaurant is open 7 days a week for Breakfast & Dinner, including a nice selection of Beer & Wine.
