Professional engineering firm seeking a full-time administrative assistant to start immediately. Customer service and team cooperation a must!
Ideal candidates:
Work cooperatively and professionally with coworkers in a team environment as well as independently with self-initiative
Multi-task effectively
Have strong customer service skills
Self-accountable and motivated
Able to understand written and verbal instruction and have excellent communication skills
Responsibilities include:
Answering multi-line phone system, screen/transfer calls
Assisting staff with administrative tasks as requested
Greeting visitors
Office inventory and supply orders
File management
Distributing correspondence
Finalizing document deliverables and printing management
Coordinate overall office day-to-day operations
