Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; Master’s degree preferred Construction Engineering Technology (CET) certification preferred Minimum 7 years of experience demonstrating significant construction and/or project management skills in the field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of Procore, PlanGrid, and BIM 360 preferred Strong organization, coordination, and problem solving skills Ability to communicate complex planning details to individuals and groups in a clear, effective manner Passion for design and architecture, possessing a tremendous aptitude for keeping design and construction teams informed, on task, on time, and within budget Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a work visa to legally work in the U.S. A day in the life of a CPM. Manage all construction phases, including contracts, design coordination, on-site inspections, and closeout Provide feedback to design team on construction and engineering for continued improvement Serve as the primary liaison and advocate for project owners and maintain strong relationships with contractors Facilitate meetings between various stakeholders and internal teams Manage project budgets and timelines, including change proposals Lead post-construction processes, including warranty walks, post-occupancy evaluations and long-term assessment of our projects Perks of the work.
