Housing Case Manager


Full Time

Responsible for coordinating a variety of housing and customer support activities. Assesses, monitors, and evaluates customer needs. Coordinates with a wide variety of professionals, programs, and community partners to support clients in both accessing HRDC housing programs and delivering rapid re-housing, transitional housing and supportive services for homeless adults and families. Informs clients and interested parties of the scope, nature and regulations of the various housing programs operated by the HRDC. Provides housing counseling and case management activities that encourage and develop self-sufficiency. Assists clients in applying for housing assistance, budgeting and resource navigation. Determines eligibility and benefit level for the assistance programs. Represents the HRDC at meetings, public hearings and project reviews.
