Supports the delivery of the Housing Choice voucher program as a field agent for the Montana Department of Commerce Housing Assistance Bureau. Supports the delivery of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program as a partnering agency for Montana Housing efforts. Coordinates with a wide variety of professionals, programs, and community partners to support clients in both accessing HRDC housing programs and delivering homeless prevention. Informs clients and interested parties of the scope, nature and regulations of the various housing programs operated by the HRDC. Provides housing case management activities that encourage and develop self-sufficiency. Assists clients in applying for long-term housing assistance, budgeting, and resource navigation.
