Purchasing Assistant, Full Time, Flagship Store
The Purchasing Assistant assists Management and the Purchasing team in the operation of Schnee’s Flagship Store in a customer focused manner. The Purchasing Assistant will work with Sales Associates, the Purchasing team and Management to assure all customer orders have been processed in a timely manner. This staff member interacts with customers and vendors on a regular basis. This person will also provide backup support for the sales floor, as needed. The Purchasing Assistant must be organized, detail oriented, timely and have excellent communication skills.
Inventory Operations Manager, Full Time, Flagship Store
The Inventory Operations Manager is responsible for setting a high standard for operational excellence. The person in the position is responsible for inventory accuracy, maintaining procedural efficiency, controlling and verifying inventory levels, overseeing shipping and receiving and supervising shipping/receiving employees. This position understands and supports store operations, policies and procedures. Is accountable for security of store and inventory. This person works closely with the purchasing department, as well as store employees.
Sales Associates, Full Time, Flagship Store
The Sales Associate role at Schnee’s is responsible for the in-store customer experience. Sales Associates are customer service oriented. Must have the ability to multitask efficiently, have great attention to detail and accuracy and have strong communication and listening skills. The Sales Associate position is responsible for selling products in the store, organizing the floor and stock areas, assisting customers, answering phones and possess excellent product knowledge.
Customer Service Associates, Downtown Bozeman
Schnee's is seeking customer service associates for our web, catalog and customer service center in Bozeman, MT. Must have strong computer skills, the ability to multi task efficiently, great attention to detail and accuracy with strong communication and listening skills. Must be a team player and willing to support other departments. Responsibilities include demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, answering phones, taking orders and above all else, making sure our customers are happy.
Production Associates, Full Time, Four Corners
Schnee's is seeking employees for our Bozeman boot making facility. For 30 years, we have been handcrafting the best hunting boots in the world from our factory right here in Bozeman, Montana.
