Big Sky Youth Empowerment’s adventure-based group mentoring program is seeking a unique and highly motivated individual for a Program Manager position based in Bozeman, Montana. This individual will work with vulnerable teenagers to facilitate a group social emotional life skills curriculum paired with experiential adventures. The ideal candidate is a creative, enthusiastic, and energetic professional, who is compassionate and loves the outdoors. They are hard-working, and able to solve problems effectively. They also have some skills relevant to building community relationships and acting as a school liaison: in addition to facilitating three workshops a week, this individual will be responsible for ongoing recruitment and enrollment of 10th and 11th graders in our community. Big Sky Youth Empowerment (BYEP) is a nonprofit organization that has served the young people in the Gallatin Valley for the past 20 years.
