Tenancy Supportive Services Coordinator


Full Time

Responsible for coordinating a variety of housing and customer support activities within the agency scope and direction of the Housing Department Program Manager. Supports assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of customer needs including calculation of annual household income and benefit levels. Coordinates the delivery of supportive housing services with a wide variety of professionals, internal programs, and community partners. Develops, implements, and supports housing counseling activities that encourage customers to discover and develop self-sufficiency and stabilization in every aspect of their lives. Assists clients in applying for and maintaining housing assistance. Determines eligibility and benefit level for the assistance programs. Provides supervision and training of Housing Counselors. Tracks fee requests and payments. Ensures file maintenance and compliance of various contracts.
