Help us clean up our watershed before the busy recreation season begins!
Each spring, garbage that was buried beneath the snow is washed downstream into our local waterways. Removing waste from our local streams, wetlands, and trails improves the quality of water, soil, and habitat for the people and critters in our area and for our downstream neighbors.
Volunteer: Join the Gallatin Watershed Council at the 2026 Spring Gallatin Watershed Cleanup
When: Saturday, May 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
What you will be doing: Cleanup trash across the Lower Gallatin Watershed as a team leader or a team member.
Celebrate: A volunteer celebration will immediately follow the cleanup at Bozeman Pond. The celebration will begin at 12:30 p.m. with announcements and prizes at 1:00 p.m. The celebration will end at 2:30.
