The Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour is coming to Bozeman for 3 unique shows on January 12-13. Banff Center Mountain Film and Book Festival began in 1976 In Banff, Alberta-- when a tight-knit group of climbers and outdoor enthusiasts conceived The Banff Festival of Mountaineering Films. Since, the festival has hosted the world's best mountain films and this year's lineup is no exception. From "Slides on the Mountain" a film about Mexican Mountain Biker Israel Carrillo on the difficulties of being a Mountain Biker in Mexico to "Range Rider" a film about range riders in rural ranching communities that create a buffer between wolves and cattle herds, we're certain you'll leave the festival inspired. Tickets are on sale now. Proceeds from this event support the nonprofit Bridger Ski Foundation.
