What if you knew in your bones, how incredibly amazing you already are? What could that feel like? Would anything in your life change? Would you have access to greater ease, confidence, or wellbeing?
Our bodies are built with inner wisdom & boundaries that we disconnect from (not on purpose), often at very early ages to keep us in safe connection with ourselves & others. It can take some time & practice to begin to feel where these places are & unfurl from them. I will show you skills to help expand your curiosity & ability to listen more deeply to your body. This listening relationship can grow & strengthen the more you practice, and THAT can open up greater choice & flexibility for expression.
It is my hope during our time together, regardless where you are on your journey, that you come to appreciate yourself more than you already do. I would love for you to experience a greater connection to your exquisite courageous untamed complex resilient self & step forward with greater genuineness, strength & clarity. This connection to self is one of my favorite pieces of these practices.
