In this workshop, dancer, choreographer, and author Mary Overlie’s Viewpoints becomes a tool for grounding ourselves in body and movement. Led by Jakob Schultz, students will use physicality and spontaneity to work through scenes, quieting the impulse to overthink and leaning into the playfulness of improv. No prior movement experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
