KADIST Double Takes: FEATURING Beatriz Santiago Muñoz and Apichatpong Weerasethakul

The second installment of FEATURING is presented as an afternoon double feature. The mysterious perceptual distortions of Beatriz Santiago Muñoz’s Oriana, which follows a band of Amazonians through a landscape alive with ritual and strange transformations, resonates through the dense, sensory landscapes of Apichatpong Weerasethakul’s Memoria, as its protagonist journeys through Colombia in search of the source of an elusive sound only she can hear.
