On May 25th, Copper will be celebrating our first wine dinner. We will be featuring one of Chef Scottie Burton’s favorite wine portfolios, Long Shadows Vintners.
The Long Shadow project is a unique collective of master winemakers who are brought in from around the world to the state of Washington. Their goal is to make wines in the same style as their homeland using premium Washington grapes.
Our chefs have chosen to honor the homeland of each winemaker by preparing dishes influenced by their country, but matched to their winemaking at Long Shadows. Bringing you a night filled with multi-cultured food and wine pairings.
Seating is very limited, tickets are $175 per person (includes gratuity).
