Uncover the power of joy to transform how you see yourself and the world around you. More than a fleeting emotion, joy is a meaningful resource that influences how we interpret experiences, build relationships, and navigate our lives with purpose and intention. In this engaging MSU After Hours workshop, hosted by Academic Outreach, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with sources of fulfillment, strengthen resilience, and cultivate intentional practices that support well-being, belonging, and a more joyful approach to life.
