Workshop: Proto Animation with Ellie from Bozeman Public Library

Free, registration required Join Ellie from Bozeman Public Library in learning all about early forms of animation! This is your chance to tinker with and explore early animation devices such as the thaumatrope, zoetrope, and praxinoscope. Participants will view examples from famous innovative image makers like Eadweard Muybridge and Lotte Reiniger before making their moving images! This workshop is geared towards children ages 5–11 years old and is free and open to the public. 20 pariticpants max. Registration strongly encouraged to reserve your spot.
