The 24th Annual Cruisin' on Main Car Show in Downtown Bozeman will be Sunday, August 18th, 2024 from 9 AM - 2 PM! If you are interested in being a Food Vendor for this year's Cruisin' on Main Car Show, please complete the application below. RULES, REGULATIONS, & VENDING POLICIES:
- Fees: The cost for vending at Cruisin' on Main is $100. You may pay online or via check. Checks can be made payable to DBA (Downtown Bozeman Association) and dropped off or mailed to 222 East Main Street, Suite 302, Bozeman, MT 59715.
- Please DO NOT pay your vending fee until you have been confirmed to vend. Vendor space is limited; we will review applications and be in touch with details in August.
- Please note that due to the nature of this event, no refunds will be given.
- Event Timing: If chosen as a vendor, you will be emailed an event map with your location and additional details. You must be set-up and ready to serve by 10:30 AM and vend until 2 PM.
- You will be responsible for having a trash receptacle next to your booth and providing your own signage to display the items prices of the items you are selling.
- We are encouraging all vendors to move towards using compostable materials. Our composting partner accept all meat, dairy, and vegetable scraps and BPI Certified compostable service ware ("BPI-certified," "ASTM D6400", or "TUV Austria OK Compost Industrial" materials).
- We are able to provide a discount to vendors looking to purchase compostable service ware. Please reach out for more details.
- Please be advised that alcohol sales are prohibited.
- You must have a current vending license issued by the Gallatin County Health Department. As required by all licensed food vendors, your station must include a hand washing station and you must follow the proper food handling policies outlined in your license.
- As of January 1, 2024, all mobile Food Vendors must complete an annual Food Truck Safety Inspection by the Bozeman Fire Department. Proof of this inspection is required in order to vend at Cruisin' on Main. More information can be found under the "Mobile Food Vending" tab on the city's website.
- Vendors using a tent canopy will be required to move any "Open Flame" cooking devices out from under the canopy itself and have appropriate portable fire extinguishers for the cooking type (2A10BC or 2A10BC AND Type K if cooking with oil/grease).
- The event cannot be responsible for specific electrical power needs. If you have a generator, you may use it but please do not block any sidewalks and cover ALL extension cords with duct tape and REMOVE duct tape at the end of the event.
