We are excited to once again bring you Ladies’ Night in Downtown Bozeman on Thursday, November 20th from 5-8 PM plus “after-hours” dinner and cocktails! This restaurant and retail event is aimed at creating a fun night for folks who want to do a little pre-holiday shopping, enjoy dinner and drinks specials, and spend quality time with friends!

Ladies’ Night is open to a wide range of businesses – from retail shops, art galleries, and spas to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars… we want YOU to get involved! Participating businesses are encouraged to offer specials, promotions, refreshments, and fun in-store experiences. This is one of our most popular downtown events and a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business to both loyal locals and new customers.

Please read the rules and regulations below and submit your application NO LATER than Friday, October 24th.

The cost to participate in Ladies’ Night is $175 and you will receive the following benefits and marketing tools with your participation:

  • Your Business Name, Address (with map location), Logo, and In-Store Promotions/Activities featured on the robust event website.
    • The official Ladies’ Night landing page will be hosted on the Downtown Bozeman website and linked from the homepage, event calendar, and social media.

    • The “In-Store Promotion/Activity” you have planned will be categorized by type (shopping, food, drink, or entertainment) and indicated with icons.

    • Retail specials will be advertised as taking place from 5–8 PM, while food and drink specials will be advertised from 5–10 PM (unless otherwise indicated).

  • Printed Ladies’ Night Marketing Materials.
    • Your Business Name, Address (with map location), and In-Store Promotions/Activities will be highlighted on 1,000+ Printed Trifold Booklets available at every stop during the event, as well as in all participating businesses.

    • Posters, Map, & Business Cards distributed throughout downtown and in all participating businesses.

  • Digital Marketing Toolkit for your business.
    • All print, electronic, and social media Marketing Materials will be available to participating businesses, giving you the tools to promote through your own marketing channels.

  • Social Media Coverage through Downtown Bozeman channels.
    • Your Business Name and In-Store Promotions/Activities will be included in all official social media events and announcements.

    • Your business and promotion will be tagged and shared in the weeks leading up to the event.

  • Inclusion in the official Press Releases.
    • Your Business Name and In-Store Promotions/Activities will be included in all Press Releases sent to local and statewide media contacts, ensuring community-wide exposure.

  • Community Buzz and Foot Traffic!
    • Ladies’ Night consistently draws large, engaged crowds, giving your business excellent visibility and boosting holiday season sales.

Should you need to make changes or updates to your application, please re-submit an entirely new form no later than Friday, October 24th. Please do no submit changes/updates through email.
