As many know, Downtown Bozeman is everchanging. With the New Year, comes new things in our district. We have compiled a short list of changes that have happened or will be happening soon. Head downtown and check them out!
Gallatin Laundry - The old GL building is being renovated. If you haven't seen it yet, it isn't worth driving by just yet. As construction on the building is in full swing, there is not much to see just yet but the plans are looking great! If you happen to be in the neighborhood (Babcock & S Bozeman) you will notice a few updates to the old building including a refurbished sign and new windows! US Bank - This building is getting a HUGE facelift. Our friends at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle said it best, "[the new building owner] plans to renovate both the interior and exterior to bring out the building’s qualities, like high ceilings and large entrances directly onto Main Street." We have already begun seeing some small updates including a brand new ATM kiosk on the backside of the bank.

A new restaurant is coming to the former Crossroads space! Work is well underway on the restaurant space directly West of Plonk and it is looking GREAT! The new windows have been installed and the space has received a fresh coat of paint. We can't wait to see what is happening behind the scenes.
Rumor has it, this will be a new steakhouse starting up in the space soon!
