Downtown Bozeman Parking Vision Plan - Survey Now LIVE

Downtown Bozeman Partnership Launches Parking Vision Initiative

The Downtown Bozeman Partnership (DBP) and the City of Bozeman have been working collaboratively to address parking challenges and plan for the future of parking in Downtown Bozeman. In March 2025, a working group of stakeholders developed a set of recommendations outlining both short-term and long-term strategies to support downtown parking needs.

Building on this work, the Downtown Bozeman Partnership is now leading a collaborative effort to gather community feedback and share a broader vision for downtown parking. The Downtown Bozeman Urban Renewal District (DURD), an arm of DBP, has contracted Indigo West, a local marketing strategy agency, to develop an outreach and education campaign that will help communicate the vision, provide updates, and engage key audiences throughout the process.

This initiative aligns with the goals and priorities outlined in the 2019 Downtown Bozeman Improvement Plan.

COMMUNITY SURVEY ON DOWNTOWN BOZEMAN PARKING

March 9-March 30, 2026

The Downtown Bozeman Urban Renewal District (DURD), in partnership with the City of Bozeman, is conducting an online community survey to better understand perspectives about parking in Downtown Bozeman.

The community survey is part of a collaborative initiative being funded by the DURD to inform and share the Parking Vision for Downtown Bozeman. The survey responses will be used to build out the vision, mission, core values, and strategy for downtown parking as well as guide an outreach and education campaign.

Everyone is invited to participate in the survey including anyone who visits downtown, customers, neighborhood residents, downtown area employees, downtown business owners, merchants, downtown property owners, anyone who makes deliveries or pickups, or anyone else who wants to share their opinions about the Downtown Bozeman parking experience. All survey responses will be kept confidential and will not be directly attributed to individual respondents.

The survey will remain open until Monday, March 30, 2026. Everyone who completes the survey will have the option to enter a random drawing for one of five Downtown Bozeman gift packages. Each package will include $100 in Downtown Dollars (a gift certificate redeemable in Downtown Bozeman) and a free 8-hour parking pass at the Bridger Parking Garage (a $6 value).
