Overstreet Banner Rentals must follow the below steps:


1. Please carefully review the Overstreet Banner Guidelines and

Terms and Conditions

2. Contact info@downtownbozeman.org with desired dates (noting a two-week rental, Monday to Monday install/removal)

3. Complete Overstreet Banner Application, below

4. Sign Contract

5. Coordinate with designer and installer for creation and hanging of the banner

Please proceed to the form below once prompted after the completion of step one.

As a reminder, the Overstreet Banner Programs runs for two weeks, Monday to Monday.
To confirm your Non-Profit status, please enter your EIN.
Please upload your Banner Design if able at time of submission. Banner Designs must be sent through the application or sent to info@downtownbozeman.org no later than 2 days prior to installation.
You must request an updated Certificate of Insurance listing "City of Bozeman" and "State of Montana" as additionally insured.

Failure to follow these rules could result in termination of your Overstreet Banner.
