Saylor is originally from the Boston area, graduating from the University of Vermont with degrees in Public Communication and Sociology. She originally moved to Montana as a zipline guide and decided to stay after falling in love with Bozeman's vibrant, energetic, and driven community. Saylor ‘s introduction to community events started in college at Burlington City Arts and has only grown into a true passion for community engagement. Saylor has worked for a multitude of community events organizations in both Vermont and Montana. Before becoming the Operations Manager in 2026, Saylor started off as a volunteer for DBP, knowing she had to be a part of magic in any way possible. Outside of the office you can find Saylor skiing the cold smoke, enjoying a run, or boogieing down to some live music!
