Emily Cope began working at the Downtown Bozeman Partnership in August of 2019 as the District Manager, she transitioned to the role of Economic Development Director in June of 2021. Emily grew up moving around the country and received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University. She moved to Bozeman in 2014 to manage the opening of the city’s first purpose-built off-campus student housing community. Since then she also gained property management experience working in downtown Bozeman at Mountain Home Vacation Rentals. Her experience in property management included oversight of maintenance, marketing, and customer service. As the Economic Development Director, Emily oversees the Business Improvement District and assists with projects of the Urban Renewal District. Emily is excited to fulfill this new role in Downtown Bozeman.
