Head West is a must-see Montana lifestyle boutique and downtown Bozeman's only locally owned western store.
View Business's WebsiteThe Cynthia Out West Studio is a converted school bus on the banks of the Gallatin River in Bozeman, Montana, where I’m frequently visited by black bears, bald eagles, otters, raccoons, foxes, deer and all kinds of Montana wildlife!
I recycle sterling silver (and karat gold) that has lived a past life with a history of it’s own. Your piece will likely have been a cowboy belt buckle, boot tip, saddle bag hardware etc.
Each piece is individually hand crafted and gets a river blessing dip in the Gallatin River, which runs directly in front of my studio and is one of four Montana rivers where “A River Runs Through It” was filmed. The Gallatin originates in Yellowstone and shares a water source with the geysers and hot springs. This sacred water washes over each piece. I believe handmade art carries with it the spirit of the place in which it is made and this is my way of sending extra good juju to you!
I developed my silversmithing skills at Bear Canyon School of Art in Bozeman in 2004 and have been featured in Cowboys and Indians, Cowgirl, “Yellowstone” and the C.M. Russell Museum Exhibition and Auction Catalogues.
Watch for my work and model Heather Moore Lambert on season 5 of “YELLOWSTONE”!
