Gen DeLorme Art

Gen DeLorme Art has been a continuous process throughout my life of expressing my love for the beauty that surrounds me. I grew up in the Flathead Valley of Northwestern Montana, surrounded by the inspiration of mountains, wildlife, and wildflowers. I took part in most arts and crafts but when I finally discovered acrylic painting, I knew it was love. It became my way of experiencing the adventures I would go on in a deeper way. It helped me to look at landscapes with a different scope and take note of all the beautiful details and colors that go often unnoticed. I have discovered that painting is possibly one of the greatest ways to appreciate a place. But it doesn’t just stop at appreciation, it has also become a form of worship for me, a way for me to show reverence and connect with the Creator of the world by creating as well. I am deeply and truly grateful to show you the way I see the world, in vivid color, with life and intentionality in every detail.
