Chopped at BPL

Witness culinary magic or chaos in this chopped theme competition between your favorite cooking librarians, Emily and Liz. Taste and vote for the best dish made using mystery ingredients. Join Emily and Liz in a one dish showdown using four mystery ingredients chosen by a third party. The competitors will have 45 minutes to make a dish using anything in the limited pantry. Attendees can vote on their favorite dish, favorite use of mystery ingredients, and who they thought was the most creative and highlighted the mystery ingredients. Winner walks away with bragging rights and a trophy. Allergies will undoubtedly be present.
