Kids Workshop: Mindfulness & Improv with Lindsay Weglarz

This fun, interactive workshop combines mindfulness and improv to help kids and teens build confidence, creativity, and connection. Through engaging games and activities, participants will practice staying present, communicating with others, and embracing mistakes as part of learning and growth. No experience is needed—just come ready to play and have fun! This class is recommended for students 8–12 years old. Registration required, tickets $10.
