The 3rd Annual Downtown Bozeman Restaurant Week will be held Monday, April 24th – Sunday, April 30th. This event was created to feature and promote YOU – our downtown restaurants, bars, bakeries, tasting rooms, and eateries!

The deadline to opt in is Friday, March 17th for up-to-date DBA Members*. Once we have form submissions from all interested participating restaurants, we will follow up with a separate form (Restaurant Week 2023 Application Part 2) for you to submit your specials, promos, featured menu items, etc. For some examples of what participant’s did last year, please click here.

Please take a moment to review the rules below for how to participate:

  1. Submit the form below, selecting which categories you plan to participate in.
  2. Pay your participation fee (note: fees are broken up by category; only pay for categories you are registered in).
  3. Let the world know you are participating in Restaurant Week by posting about it on social media and tagging us @downtownbozeman. Marketing materials will be provided.
  4. Begin brainstorming menu items with your staff. Be sure your entire staff is aware of the dates of Restaurant Week.
  5. Menus and specials are to be submitted via Restaurant Week 2023 Application Part 2 available mid-March. Photographs of specials encouraged.


CATEGORY BREAKDOWNS


Breakfast / Brunch

  • Participation cost: $100
  • Menu price options: $10 or $15
  • Examples of Specials:
    • Specialty Benedict, Side, Pastry and Coffee or Juice for $15
    • Mix and Match (choose one entrée, side, and drink) for $10

Lunch

  • Participation cost: $100
  • Menu price options: $15 or $20
  • Examples of Specials:
    • Specialty Restaurant Week Sandwich with a side of chips and a drink for $15
    • Mix and Match (choose one appetizer, entrée, side and drink) for $15

Dinner

  • Participation cost: $100
  • Menu price options: $20, $30, $40, $50, $60 or $70
  • Examples of Specials:
    • "A Night on the Town" one appetizer, two entrées, and a dessert for $100

Sweet Treats (baked goods, desserts, pastries, etc)

  • Participation cost: $50
  • Menu price options: $5
  • Examples of Specials:
    • 1-2 items that are not on the menu. Possibly a new pastry you have been thinking about adding to your menu.

Craft Drinks (coffee, tea, beer, wine and specialty cocktails)

  • Participation cost: $50
  • Menu price options: $5 or $10
  • Examples of Specials:
    • 1-3 drink specials. Work with your barista/bartenders and see what creative signature drinks they can come up with. Typically this group is always brewing up something tasty and unique.


COSTS TO PARTICIPATE


The cost to participate will be based on the number of categories you choose to participate in. We are happy to discuss in-kind donations in place of participation fee for additional categories chosen. Payment can be made online or via check. What you will get for your participation fee:

  • Access to professionally designed marketing pieces including social media posts, logos, and graphics.
  • Opportunities for additional radio advertising, aside from general Restaurant Week advertising.
  • High-scale exposure to the DBA's attentive audience totaling over 50,000 engaged community members. Extensive digital and traditional marketing through email marketing, digital advertisements, television advertisements, radio, and print.
  • Robust website listing with individualized participant pages including logos, menu items, food images, and additional information. This interactive event landing page will be linked by a QR code on all printed and digital marketing tools.
  • Printed materials (posters, window signs, punch cards) delivered to you both digitally and in-person. All materials include a QR code directing customers to the above event landing page.
  • The DBA staff will administer a punch card system to attract attention from the community and beyond. We will facilitate raffles and give away prizes to drive traffic to all participating business and create added fun to the event!
  • 15% print orders from Allegra for participating Restaurant Week businesses!

*Current and up-to-date DBA Members are determined by any outstanding membership dues. We are happy to discuss in-kind payments.
