The 4th Annual Downtown Bozeman Restaurant Week will be held Monday, April 22nd – Sunday, April 28th. This event was created to feature and promote YOU – our downtown restaurants, bars, bakeries, tasting rooms, and eateries! Restaurant Week, at its core, is positioned in late April to fill the lull left between winter and summer tourist season. It is aimed at bringing local Montanans to Downtown Bozeman to sample specials from their favorite establishments and discover new places!

The deadline to opt in is Friday, April 5th. Once we have form submissions from all interested participating restaurants, we will follow up for details on your specials/promos/featured menu items/etc.

The cost to participate is $100 for up-to-date DBA Members* and $150 for Non-DBA Members. Sponsorship opportunities are available; all participation fees are waived for Sponsors.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

  • Event Date & Timing: Monday, April 22nd – Sunday, April 28th.
    • Your business's unique hours of operation will be listed on your landing page.
  • Fees: The cost to participate is $100 for up-to-date DBA Members* and $150 for Non-DBA Members.
    • Invoices will be sent to the billing address provided. We recommend you pay via invoice to avoid any additional fees. You may also choose to pay by check; please mail your check to Downtown Bozeman Association, 222 East Main, Ste. 302, Bozeman, MT 59715.

  • Perks:
    • Access to professionally designed marketing assets including social media posts, logos, and graphics.
    • Opportunities for additional radio advertising, aside from general Restaurant Week advertising.
    • High-scale exposure to the DBA's attentive audience totaling over 50,000 engaged community members. Extensive digital and traditional marketing through email marketing, digital advertisements, television advertisements, radio, and print.
    • Robust website listing with individualized participant landing pages including logos, menu items, food images, and additional information. This interactive event landing page will be linked by a QR code on all printed and digital marketing tools.
    • Printed materials (posters, window signs, punch cards) delivered to you both digitally and in-person. All materials include a QR code directing customers to the above event landing page.
    • The DBA staff will administer a punch card system to attract attention from the community and beyond. We will facilitate raffles and give away prizes to drive traffic to all participating business and create added fun to the event!

      • Help promote Restaurant Week with creative table tents, menus, posters, business cards, banners, window clings, and more!

Restaurant Week is able to be tailored to your unique business! From a quick coffee, to a full-service dining experience, to a drink at the bar, to a weekday lunch - Restaurant Week can adjust to YOU!

Restaurant Week can drive both new customers and repeat fans through your doors. You, as the participating establishment, have free-reign to offer a special, promotion, discount, feature, etc as you see fit!

Some examples that businesses have found success with in the past...

  • Create a special consisting of off-menu items as to not compete with your current menu and inventory for regular demand on those items. This is a huge selling point for potential customers as they will be able to try unique specials at their favorite eateries as well as places they have never been before.
  • Feature a local or in-house created ingredient.
  • Offer discounts or price-breaks (e.g. $1 off all draft beers all week; Dinner for 2: customer's choice of app + 2 entrees + dessert for $60; buy 2 coffees get 1 free for a friend!).
  • Develop a pre-fix menu.
  • Plan a unique dining experience where a set number of reservations are available.
