Hannah Uhde

Hannah is a sixth generation Montanan. Her art is much like her life. She was trained classically, and has learned that you have to know the rules to break them. Her work is about movement. The flow and gravity are rhythmically displayed in the viscosity of the oil paint. Hannah is well-known in Bozeman for her paintings of classic Bridger Bowl “Red Chairs”, cowboys/girls and trout paintings.

During Art Walk, Hannah will unveil five new 36x24” western themed oil paintings on copper. She will also be teaching an "Oil Painting on Copper" workshop on Saturday, June 14th, 10-4pm at the gallery.

Maren Stubenvoll

My name is Maren and I am a fine artist based in Bozeman Montana.

In March 2023, I left my corporate job to live out my quarter-life crisis dream of “doing my own thing.” I gleefully traded the 9-5 life for the 24/7 adventure of creating a small business from my home.

I am a lover of western art. I primarily spend my time painting with acrylics and oil pastels, and use my designs to create wearable and functional art. I describe my style as playful, bold, humorous, and human, and my mom describes it as “wonderful, sweetie.”

I find inspiration in all the people and places around me. Growing up across the Rocky Mountain West, I have always been in awe of the beauty, complexity, brightness, and humor of the natural world and the mountain communities I’ve been a part of. I’ve had many long days adventuring in the mountains, and I am always struck by the incredible balance between the significance and comedy that a typical day out in nature can provide. I am in constant pursuit of that particular balance in my creative work, upholding traditional foundations of drawing, painting, and fine arts all while never taking it too seriously.

Casey is a mandala artist, photographer, Reiki practitioner, card reader, a lover of light, beauty, & curiosity. She has 2 grown kids & a pup named Luna.
