Artists' Gallery

111 S Grand #106

The Artists' Gallery is a cooperative of about 20 member artists living in and around Bozeman. It was formed in 1992 and provides an alternative to the traditional art gallery business. Members maintain freedom and control over their own artwork, and the artists make business decisions collectively. Stop in during business hours and you'll meet one of the artists!

Jamie Stolba , Kim Storstad, Lizzy Bratshun

Jamie Stolba - Jamie creates her artwork in acrylic and oil paints and murals. Her artwork has an imaginatice surreal expression of dreams and the physical world. She is inspired by fantasy and science. Her art transports viewers into worlds that defy reality and dives deeper into the psyche and soul. Her paintings are rooted in nature and inspired by her picturesque home in Montana. Jamie produces a fresh new look. She has sold many paintings over the years and has also been commissioned for murals.

Kim Storstad - “First, it is an intention, then a habit, then a practice, then a second nature, then it is simply who you are.” Dokeshi No Michi. I still have the first I ever made of out clay. I am a hand builder and I am inspired by seeing a slay of clay turn into a beautiful, creative piece of art. I used sprig mold motifs, textures, stamps, transfers and details with my work. I strive to make pots that are visually interesting and connect the viewer to my passion for ceramics. Life as a potter is a gift and I continue to grow each day with my bag of clay.

Lizzy Bratshun - Hello! My name is Lizzy and I like to stay very, very busy. I live in Bozeman, MT and spend my free time skiing, hiking, hanging out with my dog, and drawing, drawing, drawing! I have been “doodling” around my whole life. By trade, I’m an engineer by day and an artist by night! I enjoy the challenge of finding ways to express the love and complex personality of each and every animal with my clean and detailed line style. I tend towards black and white but love to experiment occasionally with how pops of color can bring my pieces to life.
